When we first opened our doors, we had a vision — bold, unapologetic, and overflowing with heart. We wanted to do more than serve the breast cancer community. We wanted to transform it. To show every person navigating this journey that they are seen, celebrated, and worthy of feeling whole again.
And here we are — five years later — and we are just getting started.
Looking Back: The Journey That Brought Us Here
We'll be honest with you: those early days were a mix of passion and "wait, are we really doing this?" We believed so deeply in what Perky could be for this community, but the road from vision to reality is never a straight line.
The woman who walked through our doors, not sure what she'd find — and left with her shoulders back and her chin up. The family member who reached out, searching desperately for something to give their loved one a sense of normal again. The survivor who told us, through tears, that for the first time since her diagnosis, she felt beautiful.
Those are the moments that have carried us through five incredible years.
The breast cancer journey is not just a medical one. It is emotional, physical, and deeply personal. Perky was built on the belief that healing doesn't stop at treatment. It continues in the mirror. In community. In the small, sacred acts of reclaiming yourself.
And we have been so blessed to be a part of that journey for so many extraordinary people.

One of the most powerful services we now offer — and one we are endlessly proud of — is Nurse Coaching.
If you’re navigating breast cancer, recovery, reconstruction, or survivorship — and feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself — nurse coaching offers structured, compassionate guidance to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Our certified nurse coach, Crystal, will sit with you in the complexity of this journey. She doesn't just hand you a pamphlet and send you on your way. She listens, advocates, and most importantly — she helps you feel empowered in your own healing.
A healed you, is a powerful you. Nurse coaching bridges the gap between the clinical and the human.

Perky is launching TEMPORARY NIPPLE TATTOOS!
One of the most exciting things we're unveiling during our fifth birthday celebration is The Perky Nipple—a project inspired by the survivors we've had the privilege of serving over the last five years. These temporary restorative nipple tattoos were created to give survivors and previvors another option for restoration, confidence, and self-expression, whether they're waiting for permanent tattooing, exploring reconstruction, embracing flat closure, or simply wanting to feel more like themselves again.
In honor of our fifth birthday, we're gifting five Perky Nipple trial kits to members of our community.
