Pink Warrior Advocates and Perky have teamed up for the Perky Restoration Program, aiming to help breast cancer warriors reclaim something that cancer took—completely free of cost for warriors whose application has been approved.

Selected warriors in the Perky Restoration Program are eligible to receive a complimentary treatment from Perky, such as nipple restoration, eyebrow tattooing, or scar camouflaging. To be eligible, you must be local to the San Antonio/New Braunfels area (specific counties listed on application).
If selected as a recipient, Perky will collaborate with you to create a treatment plan within the program's budget.
This program is intended to assist those who are experiencing financial distress from their cancer diagnosis; please keep that in consideration before applying for this program. This is a one time benefit for recipients.
Who is a candidate for nipple, eyebrow, or scar tattoos?
Although everyone’s scenario is different, typically if you meet the following criteria, you are good to go for tattooing:
Finished with active treatments such as chemotherapy and/or radiation
At least 3 months out from your most recent breast surgery
Cleared by your plastic surgeon to proceed with nipple or scar tattooing
Eyebrows can be tattooed before the start of chemotherapy or 6 weeks after completion of chemo with oncology clearance
Your safety is our top priority! Before we complete your tattooing, we will briefly go over your history in regards to breast cancer treatments and surgeries to make sure the timing is right.
Who is Pink Warrior Advocates?
Pink Warrior Advocates is a non-profit that directly assists those that have been diagnosed with breast cancer in the Hill Country and surrounding areas. Their goal is to create a sisterhood of Angels to carry them through the emotional battle, while also alleviating the financial burden, allowing them to focus on healing.

We had our first Perky Restoration Program recipient in for nipple restorative tattooing and 3D belly button restoration. Here is what she had to say:
