No two nipples are the same.

When it comes to your 3D nipple tattoo experience, you should have a say so in the process. It’s your body after all!

Let’s chat the process of creating the nipples you want.

We are all equal, but unique. The same goes for 3D nipples. Whenever you reach out to Perky for nipple restoration, we will always try to figure out your goals for your outcome. How light or dark do you want them? Round? Oval? Hearts even? Did you have prominent Montgomery glands before, and do you want them again? We will probably ask you questions you have never asked yourself before… but we do so to ensure we are giving you a result that you will be confident with. YOU’RE THE BOSS, but of course, we are always there to help guide you to the nipples of your desires.

Attention to detail.

Whether it be a bilateral nipple restoration or matching a one-sided nipple tattoo to a native nipple, detail work can be added to give you that “realism” you are probably aiming for. Areola wrinkles, folds, those little lumps: Montgomery glands, freckles, and even the appearance of nipple inversion within the bud are all tattoo techniques that can be implemented to achieve your tattoo goals. Because everyone has different preferences, we can safely say we have never created the same nipple (or set of nipples) twice!

Color selection & skin-tone.

What is an aspect that is out of your control when it comes to tattooing? Skin-tone. We will always be mindful of your unique complexion and ensure we are using inks that will be complimentary to your skin.

  • First, we check what undertones you have to your skin: yellow, pink or neutral. That helps us determine which ink formula will best suit you now and long-term.

  • Second, we try the ink tones we like on your skin, like in the photo shown here. The ink can look one way in the bottle, but can pull too warm (orange), too cool (ashy), or just right on your skin. This gives us a great idea of what the overall tone will look like.

Not all ink lines are formulated the same. The ones we utilize do not have harsh metals that can cause your ink color to gray-out over time. They also have modifiers in their formula to accommodate your undertones, leaving you with a healed result that is very natural.

You make the difference!

On our end, as the nurse tattooists, we have the same resources and tools available for each client we treat. What differs with each session is who is sitting in the comfy white chair, sharing a very vulnerable experience with us. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your journey.

Survive. Revive. Thrive.
